Remote Support
Access Requirements
Remote Support relies on having an internet connection up and working to the machine(s) in question. Free access to SSH facilities on the Dom0 (Host) should be provided - by direct connection or via a 'gateway' system. No refunds will be given due to inaccessable or faulty network connections.
Remote Support is provided by the maintainer of these Xen packages for EL6. The packages themselves are free to use and distibute - as long as you comply with the conditions of the respective licenses.

The key is an 8192bit RSA key protected with a passphrase.
If possible, a serial console is also recommended.

Rates and Payment
Remote support rates are $85.00 AUD per hour (minimim 2 hours) and can be paid via credit card or PayPal. Payment of the first two hours should be made before putting the below SSH key onto the server in question.
